Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria

Being on the budget of a college kid makes it hard to eat out, but I have found that in Boise the extra splurge is almost always worth it. My most recent dinner treat was a downtown restaurant named Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria.
This past Saturday, my roommate and I decided that it was time to treat ourselves to something other than the BRC (I don’t know a single person who looks forward to eating there anymore). Like I said before, we are quite poor, so we were looking for something that wouldn’t completely break the bank. Flatbread was the perfect place!
Walking into Flatbread the mood is immediately set with its dim lighting and rustic/modern theme. Before walking in I turned to my roommate and asked, “Is this place going to be super expensive?” By the looks of the outside it appeared that we were stepping into a top notch restaurant… I was a little intimidated.
The service was friendly, and the food delicious! We decided to split the mac n’ cheese and Quattro Stagioni pizza. Both of our dishes were very yummy and we found ourselves stuffed by the end. For the both of us we each paid $13, which was very reasonable considering the quality of food and amount given! I will definitely be going back and I would recommend it to all Italian food lovers, like myself!
