Burgers and fries is the epitome of an “American meal”. This combo is served nearly everywhere and many have grown up eating it. Since Americans consume this dynamic duo so often it can be rare that one stands out. In downtown Boise, the Boise Fry Company succeeded in this nearly impossible task.
Walking into the Boise Fry Company, it has a rustic vibe with its wooden floor boards and artwork on the walls. A hand done chalk menu adds to this relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The options for burgers is pretty limited. It’s the amount of fry types that draws your attention, after all, this is the Boise FRY company. Fry types range from russet to yam to sweet to purple potatoes, and even more after that! Heading to the condiments table brings on an experience like no other. Here there are more fry sauces then anyone could ever need or imagine. Basic ketchup sits alongside blueberry, garlic, sour thai, and chipotle ketchup's, as well as many more.
When we sat down to eat, my roommates and I were all impressed with our burgers, and we had the most fun trying out all our sauces. The Boise Fry Company added a fun and different spin for dinner. I would recommend checking it out, after all, no one can pass up a good burger.
